New Patients
Your first visit will last 45-60 minutes. The paperwork is lengthy so please arrive early to fill out or print at home from the forms below and bring with you. If billing insurance, please bring your cards with you.
Dr. Bailey will go over your history with you and answer any questions you may have. She will perform an exam to go over your most pressing health concerns. If she feels you are a good candidate for care, then after discussing her findings and how they are relevant to you, an adjustment and any other needed modalities will be performed on the same visit.
Chiropractic care focuses on the realignment of the spine, that houses and protects our nervous system, which controls every function of our body! When we have misalignments along the spine, there will be disruption of these systems. By adjusting the spine and rebalancing the supportive surrounding tissue, our function improves. Chiropractic has many benefits besides reducing pain and is one of the primary reasons that so many people, including children, utilize chiropractic care for preventative wellness. These patients tend to get adjusted as often as weekly, or monthly.
Follow Up Visits
Many patients want to know how long it will take to feel better. The short answer is that it will vary from individual to individual. Most patients coming in for a specific concern will see improvement in as little as one visit. If it is a chronic issue or a newer injury, it will often take longer.
We do not put patients on treatment plans, but further care is always discussed. There is no pressure to commit to a large plan, however, Dr. Bailey recognizes that patients tend to respond best with consistent care.
It is important to point out that we love our wellness patients, those individuals who do not necessarily have a "problem", instead who choose to seek chiropractic care for their overall health.
